Established by Sue Doughty in 2003, we are a leading inventory company and specialists in our field. We pride ourselves on providing a personal touch, from the minute the booking is made right through to completion, every team member is committed to providing the best service with up most professionalism, please do have a read of our testimonials page.

We carry out impartial property inspections compiling detailed Inventories. We offer check in, check out and interim reports which include embedded digital images throughout. We use cutting edge technology with super fast turn around on all reports direct via pdf.

 The team has grown over the years with a continual ethos to produce documents to the highest standards whilst being accommodating, helpful and professional to all our clients. Our online system makes ordering and receiving inventories so simple and means landlords, tenants and agents are always able to access a copy.

IPAD TECHNOLOGY

 

At Tailor Made we use cutting edge iPad technology to generate all our paperless documents.

We have the facility to  take on site signatures with our paperless system at check in, eliminating disputes and streamlining the inventory process.

A tenant can add their own comments to their Inventory with a simple tap directly onto on the pdf, (within an agreed 7 day time frame from receipt), before it closes off for the duration of the tenancy. 

Our online booking system makes ordering and receiving inventories so simple and means tenants landlords and agents are always able to access a copy.

Abby joined Tailor Made in March 2017 Initially as our Operations Manager, she now works solely in our Accounts Department. She has more than 13 years experience in the property and lettings industry she has a wide range of skills including dealing with deposits and dilapidations through to bank reconciliation and bookkeeping, invoicing, not to mention her amazing organisational skills, she is a great team member.

Gemma joined Tailor Made in February 2020 as our Client Manager, and now works as one of the Inventory team part time. She has more than 6 years experience in the property and lettings industry and accumulated a wide range of skills including Tenancy Agreement experience, dealing with deposits and dilapidations, her professional, calm nature and superb customer service skills make her an invaluable team member.
