We offer a bespoke check in service ensuring tenants and landlords have peace of mind at the start of the tenancy. Our independent clerks use specialist software which ensures we can add and edit onsite any comments or photographs whilst with the tenant. Our work starts with key collection from an agreed office or person before the arrival of the tenant/s so we can ensure a full comprehensive inventory has been prepared which reflects the true condition of the property. We ensure pictures are taken of utility meters together with serial numbers and readings logged, we also carefully photograph and log keys, together with appliance leaflets. We record and photograph the exact location and number of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure the property is compliant with current regulations. The document can then be signed onsite directly on our tablet by any number of tenants presented on the day. If a tenant cannot be present for check in this is no issue as we can directly email out their copy and they can sign online, adding their own comments to the Inventory if they wish with a simple tap or click on their device directly onto on the pdf (within an agreed 7 day time frame from receipt) before it closes off for the duration of the tenancy.
